Unlike other well-known estate agents who subcontract work out to maintenance companies for commissions and then add on management fees, Golden Eagle employ a full-time maintenance team who maintain the managed portfolio to an extremely high standard, keeping overheads low and productivity high.

The team is led by senior ex military personnel who run the department along similar lines to the British Army, where clock-watching is not permitted. Early morning starts are the norm, and a can-do attitude is applied. These military principles of perfection, dedication and pride help keep the managed portfolio to an extremely high standard well above the industry norm.

If the maintenance team cannot rectify an issue themselves, a comprehensive selection of qualified plumbers, carpenters, electricians and other industry experts are on hand to step in and get the job done.

In the best interests of our clients, our maintenance team and contractors are also available to our non-managed landlords on an job-by-job basis, and are able to sort out many of the most common and more complicated issues related to property lettings at much reduced rates.

Golden Eagle International are very proud to manage one of the largest portfolios of property of any independent estate agent in London. The portfolio ranges from studio apartments in Marylebone to penthouses in Belgravia and mansions to parades of shops. Our management team have some of the highest technical awards given by the National Association of Estate Agents. Golden Eagle International manage a range of blocks in and around Central London, from small conversion blocks with a selection of flats, to large mansion blocks and new builds with hundreds of flats. Our block management team organise everything from collection of service charge to fire safety compliance and necessary building works.

The team have many years experience in the field and comply with all governing body regulations they also observe the terms of the Landlord and Tenant Act, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act and all legislation relevant to the workplace and residential / mixed use buildings.
